Commission: Mike’s CMS shall retain the following commission upon sale of any item. Within the first 90 days from initial receipt of item 40% of sale price. Between 91 and 180 days 50% of sale price. For Sails only commission shall be 40% for duration of term which is one year.

Price: The initial price at which each item is offered for sale shall be set by the agreement of both parties.

Payments to Consignors: Payments shall be made after the 20th day of the month following the month when the item was sold. Payment shall be made by check and will be available for pick up, or will be mailed to consignor.
