Customers talk about flow, they want the water out of the bilge, and fast. We started with the idea that 500 GPH should mean 500 GPH when the boat is docked or moored and that means at 12 volts, not 13.6. 500 GPH at 12 volts means 500 GPH at 12 volts. Our next generation of Rule pumps include check valves and to do this, we’ve created hidden air vent to prevent air locking. Under each strainer tab there is a small hole that vents any air trapped in the pump housing preventing airlocks. And that’s how we do it. We have true electromagnetic suppression (EMC). we have a built-in thermal cell that protects the pump and the vessel when things get too hot. We’ve re-engineered the inside and outside of our bilge pumps, starting with a blank slate. And we’re just getting started.
